WFH - Business Development Advisor
Virtualite is a Business Process Outsourcing Services company that helps organizations streamline operations through virtual support. They are seeking business development advisors to generate new business opportunities and guide prospects through consultative sales conversations.

Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach and inbound leads
Lead discovery conversations to uncover challenges and goals
Present Virtualite’s service solutions to potential clients
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline using CRM tools
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations and follow-ups
Collaborate with sales, onboarding, and operations teams to support conversions
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
Consultative selling mindset with the ability to guide decision-making
Self-motivated, organized, and effective in a remote work environment
Preferred
Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is a plus but not required
Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is a plus
