Clinical Research Assistant

As a Clinical Research Assistant, you’ll support the clinical and administrative functions of research programs, contributing directly to the development of groundbreaking cancer therapies.

Responsibilities
Perform EKGs and assist in the collection of required questionnaires
Prepare and maintain research charts, ensuring current source documents and consent forms are up to date
Support data collection and assist in maintaining accurate research documentation
Coordinate the transport of lab supplies and ensure proper handling of specimens
Manage calls, schedule meetings, and organize appointments for research staff
Ensure office supplies and equipment are adequately stocked across research clinics
Track and assist with required staff training and certification renewals
Obtain necessary signatures on documents such as adverse event and RECIST logs
Fax, scan, and distribute on/off study correspondence as needed
Participate in required meetings, training, and educational programs
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience performing EKGs and in healthcare or administrative settings is an advantage
Preferred
Medical Vocational/Technical training preferred
Certified Medical Assistant preferred
IATA certification for lab specimen shipping and spill kit training for biohazard handling preferred
