Responsibilities
Own brokerage operations and market integration across all active and new states
Lead end-to-end setup of new offices, including compliance, licensing, MLS access, forms, and technology configuration
Serve as the operational handoff point once new teams or markets are secured
Coordinate onboarding resources, including broker support, technology training, and leadership involvement
Ensure operational consistency, legal readiness, and culture adoption across all locations
Streamline and improve systems, processes, and technology as organizational complexity increases
Maintain regular communication with brokers and market leaders throughout and after the integration process
Travel to new and existing markets as needed to support office launches and ongoing integration
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of brokerage operations experience
Strong working knowledge of multi-state real estate operations, compliance, and MLS requirements
Experience leading office launches, integrations, or market expansions
Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-growth environments
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Preferred
Broker license preferred
