Responsibilities
Architect the roadmap from the 7M Seed Round(Launch) to the 70M Series A (Scale)
Interface with Sovereign Wealth Funds, Family Offices, and Impact Investors who value Resilience over Extraction
Ensure every dollar deployed serves Regeneration. You are the guardian of the 'Double Bottom Line.'
Oversee the construction of 1 Lake Dr. (The Flagship). Ensure it finishes on time, on budget, and on Index Target (UIX > 35)
Systematize the 'Village per Acre' model for global licensing. Turn the blueprint into a kit-of-parts for developers worldwide
Build a procurement network that is ethical, circular, and robust against global shocks (The Anti-Fragile Supply Chain)
Implement the White Lotus Council protocols. You are the operational consensus-builder
Work with the CTO to ensure LotusMD™ is deployed as a servant to the community, not a surveillance tool
Model the curriculum. A CEO who cannot Breath, Garden, or uses Logic without Mercy is unfit for this Ark
Qualification
Required
10+ years in high-growth Leadership (Real Estate, Climate Tech, or Venture-Backed Scale-ups)
P&L mastery
Capital Raising ($50M+ track record preferred)
Modular Construction or Deep Tech operations
Interfaith fluency
Capable of sitting with a Rabbi, an Imam, and a Banker in the same room and building Unity
You must understand Friction vs. Traction
