Data Analyst
Medasource is focused on ensuring continuity of mission-critical digital media and collaboration services. The Data Analyst role involves managing audiovisual systems and enterprise collaboration tools while delivering technology solutions that support internal operations and external engagement.
Responsibilities
Manage and support AV and digital media systems, including live-event setup, streaming, recording, conferencing, and vendor coordination
Oversee video content management, including VOD archiving, platform transitions, media preparation, cataloging, and podcast production
Coordinate and support webinars and virtual events, ensuring quality, accessibility, publishing, and retention standards
Provide Tier 2/3 administration and support for Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, internal applications (.NET/C#/ASP.NET), and system integrations
Build and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), including governance, ALM, and DLP policies
Administer DocuSign and design compliant electronic signature and approval workflows
Support Marketing Cloud operations and agency-wide application platforms
Coordinate procurement activities, vendor engagements, documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer
Partner with program divisions, Finance, Procurement, and IT to align technology solutions with business needs and improve reliability, security, accessibility, and adoption
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting AV systems, digital media platforms, and live or virtual events
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint administration, and collaboration tools
Experience developing applications or integrations using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET) and/or Power Platform solutions
Knowledge of video production, editing, transcoding, metadata management, and accessibility standards
Experience with workflow automation, electronic signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign), and governance/compliance practices
Ability to coordinate vendors, manage multiple projects, and document technical processes
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
