BS in Computer Science , preferably from a well-recognized institution

Strong hands-on expertise in:

JavaScript and TypeScript (not framework-dependent)

HTML DOM, event handling, promises , drag-and-drop , local storage/indexedDB , and CSS

Experience building developer-facing platforms or workflow tools

Must be a U.S. citizen due to client contract requirements

Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco (potential hybrid option later, per manager discretion)

Prefer candidates with steady employment history over frequent job changes

Individual contributors who focus on coding over managing

The client’s core product is an HTML5/CSS3 app written in TypeScript , driven by XML metadata , with a plugin-based architecture using tools like TinyMCE, PDF.js , and Video.js

The role demands in-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming , asynchronous patterns, and microservice request/response logic
