Human Resources Coordinator
The School Employees Retirement System of Ohio (SERS) is seeking an HR Coordinator who is personable and detail-oriented. The role involves supporting HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, and various HRIS functions while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Experience in general HR department operations and activities associated with recruiting, on-boarding, exit interviews, Family Medical Leave, Short-Term Disability, and HRIS functions
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree (A.A.) in human resource management, business, or related field
Two to four years' experience in Human Resources or related field
Meticulous organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across organization
Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and take action accordingly
Efficient time management skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs and priorities
Advanced problem-solving skills
Ability to use computers effectively and efficiently and proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience
