Sales Manager US
BTSA is a leading European manufacturer in the production of natural antioxidants and natural Vitamin E for various industries. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing accounts, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Identifying prospective customers
Developing, executing, documenting and maintaining sufficient customer sales projects to exceed sales growth expectations for the territory
Authoring and executing strategic plans for key customers
Establishing relationships with individuals at all levels of the customers’ organization
Making technical sales presentations on BTSA products/services
Develops and maintains customer database
Assures maintenance of sales report database (Salesforce)
Qualification
Required
Sales, Business Development, or Account Management experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree or work experience in Sales, Business Management, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Fluent in English
Travel within assigned territory monthly
Preferred
Experience in the food, nutraceutical, cosmetics and personal care, and animal nutrition industries is a plus
Spanish is a plus
