They are seeking a Junior Field Service Engineer responsible for installation, maintenance, and customer satisfaction related to Alcon surgical equipment, ensuring high service levels in the Malaga area.

Responsibilities
Complete preventative maintenance routine as scheduled and per contract conditions, as well as emergency calls
Test repaired instruments in all operating modes and demonstrates that repaired instruments operate at Alcon’s specifications
Install retrofits and instruct customers of resultant benefits and changes
Responsible for customer satisfaction on assigned cases
Ensures a high level of communication with customers, sales force, Clinical Applications and operations within the operating region, to ensure customer needs are rapidly addressed
Responsible for controlling expenses within budgeted guidelines
Support spare parts management, including the timely return of strategic spare part cores
Strategically promote, educate and market Alcon services to customers
Provide feedback to the sales force and management team and inform about any commercial opportunity
Achieve technical training certifications to meet requirements and scope of responsibilities
Service License agreement management
Responsible for the installation and removal of new systems and demo environments
Qualification
Required
Graduate in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering or Industrial
Highly recommended network communication knowledge or experience
English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Driving License
Basic technical knowledge: oscilloscope
Organized, autonomous, adaptable and flexible person
Preferred
Master´s degree in Biomedical Engineering would be an advantage
Similar experience would be an advantage
