Senior Manager Sales Business Development
Atlantic Zeiser is a part of Coesia, which develops innovative systems for the consumer goods packaging industry. The Business Development & Sales Manager will focus on driving growth in North and South America by building customer relationships and selling products to meet defined targets.
Responsibilities
Analyze, develop, and successfully sustain customer relationships specific to the gift and financial card markets
Develop strategies to achieve company’s current and future goals
Accountable for the sales and sales profit margin results
Hold a leading role towards defining and entering key accounts with responsibility for complex negotiations for large projects
Ensure growing order intake and increasing sales to key accounts
Utilize value-based selling techniques for sales management
Ensure that all quotations comply with the company standard and contracts meet the Group requirements in terms of risk management
Implement strategies for new product launches at a local level together with being accountable for launching new products in the marketplace
Responsible for developing and implementing the Sales Business Plan and providing the input for the monthly reporting
Being out in the marketplace, visiting customers to promote the products, identifying key accounts that fit our offering and close business
Being engaged in customer activities with focus on quality, profitable growth, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years' experience related to sales and marketing of high capital equipment in B2B environment in a global company
Experience in coding, printing, and marking markets specific to cards
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and implement preventative measures with customers and internal stakeholders
Travelling extensively including unscheduled last-minute travel, as well as going abroad outside of the U.S. to Atlantic Zeiser HQ, potential customer sites, and for trainings
Reading and understand schematics, assembly drawings, and service manuals
Making rational decisions under pressure to ensure customer satisfaction
Interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Supporting technical questions and concerns via customer phone contact
Ability to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
Strong drive toward quality and customer satisfaction
Willingness to work 8+ hour days, including over-time as needed
Valid driver's license, passport, and willingness to fly to sites as needed
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in engineering or business is strongly preferred
Bilingual capabilities, specifically Spanish, a strong plus
