Support strategic people initiatives in a scaling SaaS environment
Gain hands-on experience across workforce planning, manager enablement, and talent systems
Translate business needs into people insights and recommendations

Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
An interest in business process improvement and a willingness to learn

Preferred

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
Strong ability to learn quickly, synthesize information, and communicate ideas clearly
Comfort working with basic data and trends to support insights and recommendations
Comfortable collaborating with team members and interacting professionally with managers and leaders
Exposure to or interest in HR systems such as HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems
