Responsibilities
Represent partner brands at in-person promotional events across Bakersfield
Start conversations with customers, answer questions, and share product insights and exclusive offers
Create positive, memorable customer interactions through clear and friendly communication
Contribute to daily sales goals and work closely with your event lead to ensure smooth activations
Participate in continuous coaching designed to build your sales & event execution skills
