Responsibilities
Source top talent across financial services, operations, and corporate support functions using job boards, LinkedIn, and creative research strategies
Partner closely with recruiters to identify the best candidates for active searches
Review resumes, profiles, and qualifications to match candidates to client needs
Keep our talent database organized and up-to-date to help drive speed and precision across the team
Stay plugged into industry trends and continuously refine your sourcing strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
High energy, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn the business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and naturally competitive
