Responsibilities

Supports ERP, ECM, and EDM systems. (Epicor Kinetic, DocStar, Epicor Data Analytics)

Supports applications integrating with ERP. (Bartender, XL Connect)

Creates and modifies Epicor BAQ, Dashboard, and BPM to establish organizational information and process solutions

Recommends global ERP system and operational objectives by learning intercompany workflows and country-specific requirements

Assesses, Designs, creates, and conducts Epicor training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance

Recommends controls and maintains system protocols by identifying problems, writing and updating procedures, then advising and training staff on updates

Supports global sites’ Epicor Admins and maintains global user account security

Secondarily supports IT Department initiatives
