Regional Sales Manager - East Coast
Change Parts, Inc. is seeking an energetic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts along the East Coast. This dynamic role involves driving revenue growth by expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the East Coast territory, aligning with company goals and market trends
Maintain and expand sales base within existing accounts and develop new accounts within the respective region
Through consultative sales process, assess customer needs and provide solutions based on those needs
Provide input and insights into product and service opportunities to increase penetration of existing accounts as well as opportunities to penetrate new accounts and markets
Self-motivate and manage activities to meet and exceed sales minimums
Complete reporting requirements of the Vice President
Complete weekly forecast reports timely and submit by noon each Monday
Complete weekly call reports timely and submit by noon each Tuesday
Turn in call reports and forecasts to Accounting every Monday by 9:30
Follow up and close out open quotes in a timely manner (win or lose), with reasons why
Complete and maintain a shared sales calendar
Visit customers and get information regarding quoting
Fill our scope and send to CMT
Timely manage and communicate project details (including changes):
Appropriate documentation of scope / customer questionnaire
Update quote scope and inform CMT immediately of changes
Definition of field measurement and sample needs
First time job reviews
Review quotes for accuracy and approve
Send quote to customer and copy CMT
Follow-up on quote after 1-2 business days
Review advance deposit and forward to customer if acceptable
Obtain 3rd party quotes for projects
Put together a plan of action after follow-up and send to CMT for entry into Global Shop
Follow-up with customer for bottle and cap samples to insure timely receipt
Follow-up with customer on color of plastic in order to meet release date
Follow-up with customer on engraving in order to meet release date
Get answers from customers, in a timely fashion, for engineering as needed and required to meet release date
Work closely with the engineer assigned to the job; copy Engineering Manager in all email traffic
Answer all of the customer’s questions on delivery after collaboration with engineering and operations
Complete detailed customer line survey documentation
Follow up and ensure customer is satisfied with our products and services
Assist in training of new sales associates and representative groups
Assist other sales associates with projects or customer solutions when required by the General Manager
Attend daily 2:00 meeting as required to review and update quotes as needed
Travel to and from various customers within the sales region. Extensive travel required at times
Learn and utilize CRM software to manage accounts
Provide customer information to CMT to update Maximizer
Work with sister companies and other Regional Sales Managers to leverage product offering and multi-site customer locations
Install, identify and effectively communicate problems with change parts
Measure basic machines and assist the field measurement team
Operate power tools and equipment, frequently during off hours or long durations
Complete or assist with special projects of the General Manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; plus, a minimum of four years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Associate must possess literacy in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Mail / Exchange, as well as, an aptitude to learn our CRM and ERP systems
Ability to read and interpret common contracts and documents as would be expected within the sales profession and to effectively respond to inquiries from customers, other associates and members of the business community
Ability to apply common mathematical concepts required, including concepts such as discounts, interest, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical sales situations
Ability to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Heavy lifting, climbing or squatting are required during many aspects of the job
The associate is regularly required to sit, talk, walk, hear, see and use hands to finger, handle, or feel
The associate frequently is required to reach with hands and arms
The associate is occasionally required to stand
The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus
