Apply superior full-cycle recruitment and techniques in a 360 capacity
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high caliber candidates while maintaining a healthy pipeline
Engage passive candidates
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

Proven success within the Life Sciences Field
Effective communication skills
