Responsibilities
Audit existing talent management process documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with current practices
Collaborate with SMEs to validate content and incorporate best practices
Update supporting learning materials
Update training materials (presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, assessments) to reflect current practices
Design engaging, interactive learning activities that support defined objectives
Implement QA protocols to ensure process documentation and training materials meet Aerospace standards
Gather and incorporate feedback from SMEs to enhance effectiveness
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in HR, Learning, Talent Management or a related field
Strong project management skills and communication skills
Broad knowledge and experience with Human Resources/Talent Management systems, competencies, and best practices
Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Education or related field
Experience with knowledge transfer initiatives
Self-motivated and consistently demonstrates initiative
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms
