Responsibilities

Work with large cross-functional agency teams
Formulate a strategy that shows how a brand can establish connections; create an approach and plan for ways to execute it
Examine consumer interactions with media and craft experiences rooted in those behaviors
Help define timelines, facilitate progress, and ensure all projects successfully reach their goals
Lead with action to inspire and encourage teams in use of new methods and push thinking
Combine creative elements with data to craft engaging experiences; pushing the boundaries of omnichannel

Required

8-10 years experience
Digital marketing expert
Ability to hit the ground running with a high level of expertise
Strong knowledge of integrated marketing disciplines
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on career growth and skill development
Direct digital advertising experience is a must
Ability to work well in a team setting
Adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow
Proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data
Highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines
