Responsibilities
Driving compliance projects (internal policies, regulatory codes) and safety enhancements (e.g., post-incident corrective actions)
Defining project scope, objectives, technical requirements, and Management of Change (MOC) processes in alignment with Engineering and Safety policies
Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation strategies
Establishing initiative tracking and reporting mechanisms using ERP/CRM systems
Creating and executing progress communication plans for Division and Regional teams, ensuring timely updates
Providing technical guidance and lifecycle support to Regional teams
Identifying and implementing strategies to optimize capital expenditure and accelerate project completion
Collaborating with Regional teams to establish project priorities and drive successful implementation
Participate in the development and implementation of new standards and innovative technical solutions
Collaborate with vendors to define equipment and component specifications
Oversee and document testing activities, capturing relevant data and generating comprehensive reports
Provide technical support to Bulk Engineering for non-standard projects, leveraging expertise as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or relevant technical field
2 to 4 years of experience in a related engineering or project management role
Strong understanding of engineering principles and design concepts
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (a plus)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
