Responsibilities
Lead and manage a multi-functional contract team supporting the F-35 JPO
Serve as the primary interface between contractor personnel and government leadership
Oversee daily operations to ensure contract objectives, performance metrics, and deliverables are achieved
Manage staffing, workforce planning, and resource allocation across the program
Drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain program performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
10+ years of experience in program or operations management roles
Active Secret security clearance
Demonstrated experience leading diverse, technical or professional services teams
Preferred
Prior experience supporting the F-35 JPO or other large DoD aviation programs
Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior government and industry leadership
Experience managing complex task orders or large-scale support contracts
