Strong knowledge of Cisco CCW, Software Licensing, and EAWS
Case management and business support experience
Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and deliver both short- and long-term solutions
Experience coordinating across teams to deliver issues on time and with quality
Ability to identify process gaps and drive improvements
Understanding of CX and operational processes is a big plus
