Responsibilities
Develops training programs, curriculum, training materials, training labs, and other training products for manufacturing EVTOL Aircraft
Identify the best approach to training requirements including, but not limited to hardware, lab space, job aids, videos, course assessment and computer assisted and adaptive learning environments, testing, behavior-based assessment, and performance
Create assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and instructional improvement opportunities, including pre-tests, post-tests, and knowledge checks
Adapt and present material to various knowledge levels through excellent written and verbal communication
Attend additional courses, study course material, and optimally complete hands-on exercises and a technical check performed by another qualified instructor in order to increase the number of courses qualified to instruct
Acquire subject knowledge by collaborating with engineers, observing production methods, and referring to industry standard technical specifications, engineering drawings, models, and schematics
Participate in project team meetings and meet deadlines as determined by project schedule
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or quality experience within Aerospace
Experience developing technical training materials and conducting technical training in a classroom and hands-on environment
Experience conducting instructor-led training
Associate's degree or technical diploma from an accredited college or trade school in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Candidate must be authorized to work in the US on a continuous basis without company sponsorship
Excellent oral and writing communication skills
Strong bias for action, can communicate vision clearly, and be a driver of change
Demonstrate ability and experience in working effectively with teams, including virtual teams, but also independently or with minimal supervision
Demonstrate ability and experience in meeting deadlines and quality standards
Preferred
Experience utilizing or interfacing with NX/teamcenter
Intermediate knowledge and experience of various operation software and the Google suite
Experience in Prepreg and wet layup composite sandwich repair, preparation, Bagging, and curing
Experience working with an MES and executing work instructions
Working knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100, FAA standards and requirements
