Responsibilities

Fabricate and laminate fiberglass parts using hand-layup, spray-up, or other composite techniques
Interpret drawings, templates, and molds to produce custom tanks and other products
Inspect, patch, and refinish composite pieces to restore structural integrity and surface quality
Accurately measure, mix, and apply resins, catalysts, and coatings
Operate shop equipment such as grinders, sanders, rollers, and related finishing tools
Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
Work closely with teammates and supervisors to meet production schedules and quality goals

Required

Extensive hands-on experience with fiberglass or composite fabrication (approximately 5+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of gel coat application, curing methods, and material handling
Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a collaborative shop setting
High attention to detail and a dedication to precise, high-quality results
Physically capable of lifting and moving materials and standing for long periods in a manufacturing environment
Dependable, safety-minded work habits
