Responsibilities
Lead supplier development to boost quality, capability, and delivery
Run supplier audits and close actions fast
Qualify new parts, processes, tooling, and secondary operations
Tackle nonconformances with solid root-cause and corrective action (8D, 5 Whys, CAPA)
Partner with Engineering on complex technical issues
Support NPI, design reviews, engineering changes, and configuration control
Own supplier quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement and cost-down activity
Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and escalate issues when needed
Qualification
Required
Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
7+ years in Supplier Quality/Quality Engineering or engineering within complex mechanical or electro-mechanical manufacturing
Strong background within an environment that sources multiple materials and components
Expert in GD&T, measurement methods, and data analysis
Understanding of ISO 9001 and preferably ISO14001
Skilled in SolidWorks, statistical tools, and leading improvement projects
Understanding of Production Parts Approval Process
Past Auditor experience, certification preferred
Passport + driver's licence; able to travel up to 25%
