Responsibilities

Develop project charters, scope definitions, timelines, RACIs, and KPIs

Implement governance routines including steering committees, workstream check-ins, and reporting cycles

Track issues, risks, and dependencies across all initiatives

Serve as program coordinator across Operations, HR, Finance, Commercial Services, Design, and other corporate teams

Support decision-making by synthesizing insights and preparing materials for leadership

Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and documentation (Smartsheet preferred)

Develop templates, process flows, and standardized reporting

Support creation of communication plans, leadership updates, and stakeholder messaging

Help build training materials and facilitate rollout meetings

Produce regular status updates and performance insights

Support KPI definition and ensure progress is transparently reported

Design and execute a structured handoff process for all projects and programs to ensure continuity after engagement ends

Develop sustainable operating guides, documentation, and playbooks that enable internal teams to maintain, evolve, and scale the work independently

Ensure all tools, dashboards, trackers, and templates are fully transferred, standardized, and accessible to internal teams

Required

7+ years' experience in management consulting, project or program management within complex and cross-functional environments

Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives

Strong proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet required)

Ability to synthesize complex issues, create structure, and drive clarity

Experience supporting enterprise change management and communication

Hospitality or multi-unit operations experience is required

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive-facing communication skills
