Human Resources Assistant
TBG | The Bachrach Group is an established hospitality organization seeking an HR Assistant to support corporate HR operations and high-volume onboarding. This role involves managing employee data, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and maintaining digital employee files in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Support high-volume onboarding and employee data entry
Review new-hire documentation for accuracy and completion
Assist with background checks, audits, and employee record maintenance
Track start dates, status changes, and terminations
Maintain digital employee files and support general HR administration
Communicate with managers and new hires regarding onboarding requirements
Assist with worker’s compensation reporting and tracking
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of administrative or data entry experience (HR preferred)
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred
ADP Workforce Now and/or iCIMS experience preferred, not required
Flexibility to occasionally work weekends as needed
