This entry-level role works closely with the Accounting and Finance teams and is ideal for someone early in their Finance or Accounting career.

Responsibilities
Assist with maintaining and updating Finance Excel files used for: Internal reporting and audit support
Perform data formatting, validation, and cleanup
Prepare basic financial summaries, schedules, and comparisons
Support recurring Finance tasks and ad-hoc data requests under guidance
Provide day-to-day support for Finance-related activities
Run standard reports and data exports
Assist with testing Finance workflows and documenting procedures
Learn ERP processes through hands-on use and team support
Help prepare Finance reports and summaries for internal use
Assist with creating PowerPoint slides and Excel schedules for Finance leadership
Organize data so it is clear, consistent, and ready for review
Support month-end, quarter-end, and special Finance projects as needed
Work closely with AP, AR, and Finance leadership on daily priorities
Receive mentorship from experienced Finance team members
Help improve organization and consistency across Finance files and reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, MIS, or a related field
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and structured data
Interest in learning Finance systems and reporting processes
Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established procedures
Comfortable working in an in-office, team-based environment
Clear communication skills and a positive, learning-focused mindset
Preferred
Internship or entry-level experience in Finance, Accounting, or operations
Exposure to ERP systems (Acumatica) or accounting software
Familiarity with PowerPoint, reporting templates, or dashboards
Basic understanding of financial statements or accounting concepts
