Responsibilities
Manage and lead the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Develop and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
Partner with senior leadership on strategic financial initiatives
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation strongly preferred
Minimum 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Understanding of the Real Estate industry, with a preference within Retail Real Estate
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
