Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end user experience design, from concept to final implementation, for digital services, applications and interactive systems
Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, project managers, copywriters, engineers, and researchers to define and meet design objectives
Conduct and interpret business requirements and user insights, transforming input into actionable design solutions
Produce and present high-fidelity UX design artifacts including but not limited to diagrams, concepts, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and production requirements while supporting team tooling standardization and processes
Review usability issues and propose improvements to refine the user experience
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience
User-Centered Design: Applying user-focused methodologies in design processes
UX Artifacts: Highly-skilled in creating a variety of UX deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and other solution design documents
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing user data and metrics in design
Mentorship: Providing guidance to junior designers on best practices
