Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical liaison between on-shore and off-shore product and development teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment on project requirements, technical approaches, and deliverables

Work daily with US based customer teams to understand business requirements, technical specifications, and development priorities, then translate and communicate these effectively to off-shore India teams

Provide hands-on technical guidance and oversight to off-shore developers through pair programming sessions, code reviews, and regular technical discussions to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
