Radiant Systems Inc is seeking a senior Functional Consultant who will own end-to-end business processes across experience-layer applications, Microsoft Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role focuses on process design, solution shaping, and embedding automation and AI capabilities into business processes aligned with the organization’s AI strategy.

Responsibilities

Own functional design of business processes from first interaction through final ERP execution
Design experience-layer solutions using Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate
Identify and design automation and AI-assisted workflow opportunities
Ensure clear system-of-record boundaries with Dynamics 365 F&O
Lead functional workshops and contribute to feature blueprinting and solution design
Act as the functional bridge between Power Platform innovation and ERP governance
Provide functional guidance through build, test, and release

Required

5+ years as a Functional Consultant, Process Lead, or Solution Designer
3+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft Power Platform
Experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Strong understanding of Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas)
Dataverse data modeling and security
Power Automate and orchestration patterns
Experience designing automated or AI-aware business processes
Strong facilitation and systems-thinking skills

Preferred

Experience facilitating F&O design sessions
Exposure to AI-enabled or Copilot-assisted workflows
Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
Familiarity with AI governance or responsible AI frameworks
