Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of tax compliance and advisory services
Review complex tax returns and provide technical guidance across a broad range of tax matters
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, responding to queries and supporting strategic tax planning
Oversee workflow management, deadlines, and quality control across the tax function
Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members through review, coaching, and feedback
Identify process improvements and contribute to the ongoing development of the tax team
Collaborate closely with senior leadership on planning, growth, and client service initiatives
Qualification
Required
Professionally qualified tax professional (CPA or equivalent)
Strong technical tax knowledge with experience managing complex work
Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a tax environment
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
