Responsibilities
Design and prepare site development plans including grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and roadways
Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and site feasibility studies
Develop construction documents, technical reports, and cost estimates
Coordinate with clients, architects, surveyors, and regulatory agencies
Manage permitting and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Provide construction-phase support including RFIs and site visits
Review and mentor junior engineers and designers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
5+ years of civil/site development experience
Preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred Carlson
PE license preferred or ability to obtain
