New GradArvato is seeking a Logistics Engineer Trainee who will design and improve supply chain systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The role involves analyzing logistics processes, developing solutions, and implementing technologies to optimize goods movement and storage.

Responsibilities
Support with the planning and design of cutting-edge solutions for B2B retail and B2C e-commerce multi-node fulfillment centers to enhance operational efficiency and boost customer satisfaction
Support the evaluation and implementation of automation technologies, including robotics and automated systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver comprehensive logistics solutions that meet client needs
Utilize knowledge in data analytics, process optimization, material flow management and headcount planning to support solution decision-making
Take part in greenfield setup initiatives
Follow project plans, timelines, and budgets, to contribute to project completion on time and within scope
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience with data analytics, process improvement, and material flow management
Interest in robotics, automation technologies, and systems integration
Proficient in AutoCAD
Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI,) and process mapping for operational processes
Project coordination skills or interest in project management, with the ability to work on cross-functional teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
