Responsibilities
Provide support for loan origination, acquisition and disposition transactions, including mortgage-backed securities, commercial mortgage loans, and other real estate finance matters
Assist with preparation of loan documents, such as security instruments, promissory notes, and financing statements
Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to gather and organize documentation for loan transactions
Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic, related to loan transactions and client matters
Assist with preparation of closing binders and other document packages
Coordinate internally and with clients regarding flood searches, 'know your customer' requirements, and other client driven processes
Conduct research and gather information related to loan transactions and real estate finance matters
Manage and maintain databases and spreadsheets related to loan transactions and client matters
Prepare and process various documents, including mortgage assignments, modifications, and releases
Assist with due diligence reviews
Coordinate with internal teams, such as document management and mail services, to ensure efficient processing of documents
Perform other duties as assigned or required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
