Responsibilities
Support clients by providing technical assistance
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Repairing computer systems
Handling computer hardware and printer support
Ensuring seamless technical operations by resolving issues efficiently
Working closely with clients to ensure their IT systems meet business requirements
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting a range of IT issues
Experience with Desktop Computers, Servers, including software and hardware installation and maintenance Windows, Mac and Linux environments
Knowledge of Printer Support, configuration, and repair
Experience in configuration and management of firewalls and switches
Experience in structured cabling design and runs
Skills in Computer Repair and problem-solving for both hardware and software
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to dynamic environments
Ability to work in the field at multiple customer locations
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) and prior experience in IT field support
