Fire Protection Outside Sales
Fire Protection Testing Inc. is a dynamic, customer-focused organization dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services. They are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Executive to manage the full sales cycle, grow the customer base, and strengthen relationships. The role includes responsibilities such as preparing sales documents, providing customer service, and achieving sales quotas.

Responsibilities
Prepare equipment lists, quotes, proposals, and other sales documents; enter orders into ServiceTrade
Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inbound calls, creating support cases, and resolving customer inquiries
Source new sales opportunities through ServiceTrade reporting, outbound cold calls, and emails
Maintain and grow existing business while working to regain lost customers
Understand customer needs and respond promptly to requests
Update and maintain accurate customer data in Pipedrive
Achieve quarterly sales quotas by closing deals and driving revenue growth
Research accounts, identify key contacts, and generate interest in company products and services
Manage key account relationships and serve as the primary interface between clients and operations
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Resolve client conflicts and keep them informed about daily operations impacting their accounts
Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure account success
Provide timely sales forecasts, lead updates, and competitive insights to leadership
Coordinate, prepare, and deliver product and solution demonstrations
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, events, and 'lunch and learn' sessions
Participate in webinars, local, and national training sessions to stay informed on industry trends
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) and sales software
Must be willing to work full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (minimum of 40 hours/week)
