Strategic Change Leader

TD SYNNEX Corporation is seeking a Global Strategic Change Leader to guide enterprise-wide transformations that deliver measurable business impact. In this role, you will combine change management techniques with project management to drive the adoption of new tools and processes while partnering with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead change management for global programs—define strategies, create roadmaps, and develop communication, training, and resistance-management plans
Facilitate cross-functional workshops: stakeholder impact analysis, readiness assessments, and process-mapping sessions
Coach executives and project teams to fulfill their roles as change sponsors, building alignment and accountability
Monitor the change portfolio for saturation, risks, and dependencies; recommend adjustments to maximize adoption
Collaborate with HR and organizational design experts to align roles, responsibilities, and governance structures
Develop metrics to measure adoption, proficiency, and ROI; report insights and lessons learned to executive sponsors
Integrate change activities into project plans, coordinating with IT, PMO, and business partners
Mentor junior change practitioners and cultivate a network of change champions across regions
Drive continuous improvement by capturing feedback, facilitating retrospectives, and sharing best practices

Required

7+ years of experience in change management, project management, or organizational development—ideally in large-scale, global transformations
Deep understanding of change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and process improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Exceptional communication skills: you craft clear, persuasive messages and listen actively, with fluency in English and local languages as needed
Proven ability to influence senior leaders, build stakeholder networks, and navigate ambiguity
Strong analytical mindset: you use data to identify root causes, define metrics, and drive continuous improvement
Comfortable leading virtual and in-person workshops across multiple time zones
Demonstrated cultural agility: you adapt your approach to diverse teams and drive inclusive engagement
Certification in change management or project management (PMP, Prosci, or equivalent) is a plus
Change management certification or designation
Ability to lead/facilitate meetings, workshops and trainings sessions
Demonstrated computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite)
Three plus years of progressively more responsibility related business experience with increased management interface and demonstrable results leading cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of formal education, training and directly related progressive job experience
Certification in at least one of the following: Lean, Change Management, Project Management, or Six Sigma Green Belt
