Responsibilities
Generate new business through calls, networking, and warm leads
Present insurance solutions and close sales
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Network with real estate agents, lenders, auto dealers, and community partners
Maintain product knowledge and manage a client database
Drive revenue through proactive outreach and follow-up
Qualification
Required
Coachable, motivated self‑starters
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal‑driven individuals with solid work ethic
Willingness to obtain insurance licenses — we provide all study materials and support
