Responsibilities

Confidently and concisely present progress reports, project updates, and new ideas to junior clients either face-to-face, by phone, or by email

Regularly write self-developed documents, such as press releases, reports, and statements, showcasing your attention to detail and skills in producing written materials for both media and clients with minimal corrections from your line manager

Demonstrate the ability to write well-structured, persuasive copy in various styles, including news releases, internal newsletters, and online content

Support with researching relevant talent for brand campaigns, develop talent briefing documents, and attend briefings

Provide reactive comments in response to media inquiries following guidance from line managers

Confidently manage relationships with journalists, both reactively and proactively, and take responsibility for these connections

Consistently pitch stories to national and trade media

Assist in creating data-driven, client-facing media coverage reports, demonstrating proficient use of Microsoft Excel and social listening tools
