Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations for an engineering firm
Manage administrative staff and coordinate office workflows
Handle invoicing, billing, payroll coordination, and expense tracking
Maintain project documentation, contracts, and compliance records
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
Support HR Functions Including Onboarding, Timekeeping, And Benefits Coordination
Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers
Maintain office policies, procedures, and filing systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Office Manager
Strong knowledge of office administration, accounting support, and HR processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems
Preferred
Experience In An Engineering Or Professional Services Environment Preferred
