Search for a Sales Manager – Eastern US for a fortune 500+ manufacturing client focused on the eastern US
Prior experience driving the sales process, metrics & accountability for the sales team
Sales of Cap-Ex equipment
Comfortable in developing quarterly sales forecasts and team performance metrics
Solid experience with CRM, MS Dynamics 365 and power BI pref’d
Comfortable with data analytics in facilitating the sales process as well as coaching, mentoring and developing your team
Qualification
Required
Prior experience driving the sales process, metrics & accountability for the sales team
Sales of Cap-Ex equipment
Comfortable in developing quarterly sales forecasts and team performance metrics
Comfortable with data analytics in facilitating the sales process as well as coaching, mentoring and developing your team
BA/BS
Prior sales management experience
Must be a US Person - Client is not sponsoring
Preferred
Experience in industrial equipment focused on printing, labeling, marking and coding in the CPG manufacturing, food & beverage, healthcare products, cosmetics or automation space
Solid experience with CRM, MS Dynamics 365 and power BI
