Sr. AI Product Manager

Responsibilities
AI-first tactical execution of innovation initiatives from concept through pilot and MVP delivery
Develop and maintain detailed PDLC plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Track progress against milestones and proactively identify & communicate risks or delays
Ensure documentation and reporting of project outcomes and learnings
Help build business cases justifying investments in and returns from individual innovation initiatives
Facilitate collaboration across product, strategy, operations, analytics, and technical teams
Schedule and lead working sessions, stand-ups, and stakeholder updates
Serve as the central point of contact for assigned innovation projects
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical feasibility
Use the appropriate AI-powered tech stack and features to maximize efficiency and accelerate the path to identifying product-market fit
Apply structured innovation frameworks such as design thinking, lean startup, and agile delivery
Support intake, discovery, and validation phases of the innovation lifecycle
Maintain innovation pipeline tools and dashboards to track project status and metrics
Assist in stage-gate reviews and governance processes
Prepare and deliver clear communications to internal stakeholders regarding project status, outcomes, and next steps
Support the development of business cases and presentation materials for leadership reviews
Coordinate feedback loops with business units, customers, and partners to refine concepts
Partner with analytics and strategy teams to incorporate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into project planning
Support vendor and partner engagement for external research and concept validation
Help synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for innovation initiatives
Qualification
Required
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
7+ years of experience in product, venture, innovation, strategy, or program management roles
Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with digital product development and agile delivery practices
Strong organizational and project management skills
Working knowledge of innovation tools and frameworks
Proficiency in collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Figma Make, Miro, Jira Rovo, Confluence, Smartsheet)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Exposure to healthcare or regulated industries preferred
Certification innovation methodologies preferred (e.g., Scrum, Lean Startup)
