Responsibilities
Setting engineering strategy, standards, and execution models for our clients data center portfolio
Providing hands-on leadership on key pursuits and major programs
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams
Develop scalable delivery processes
Partner closely with Project Management, Construction, Procurement, and Business Development to support the growth of the data center business
Qualification
Required
Accomplished Engineering / Design Manager experience
Experience leading the design and engineering execution of complex, mission-critical data center projects
Ability to set engineering strategy, standards, and execution models
Hands-on leadership on key pursuits and major programs
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
Ability to develop scalable delivery processes
Experience partnering closely with Project Management, Construction, Procurement, and Business Development
Preferred
Experience in a fast-paced EPC environment
Desire to play a foundational role in shaping a Global Fortune 500 EPC's U.S. data center division
