Responsibilities
Lead EITP's Resource & Demand Management operations, including intake readiness, capacity planning workflows, and governance reporting
Support the end-to-end Resource Capacity Planning (RCP) cadence: intake preparation, meeting coordination, decision tracking, and outcome communication
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs (Power BI or similar), improving visibility into demand, capacity, health, and trends
Establish and enforce portfolio reporting standards (templates, definitions, cadence, and quality controls) across stakeholders
Partner with service category leaders, PMs, and governance stakeholders to improve scope clarity, demand signal quality, and decision turnaround time
Coach stakeholders and team members on reporting expectations, process adherence, and continuous improvement practices
Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals
Qualification
Required
Typically has 7 years of relevant experience
Experience in resource planning, capacity management, portfolio operations, or PMO reporting
Strong proficiency with Power BI (or comparable analytics/reporting tools); ability to build dashboards, KPIs, and data stories
Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills; ability to influence without authority and drive standard adoption
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data integrity
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience with Planview (or comparable portfolio management tooling) and Smartsheet-based intake/governance workflows
Lean / process improvement experience (e.g., formal training or certification)
Experience working within a PMO / delivery governance organization
