Responsibilities

Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences

Develop and present comprehensive financial plans, including retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and investment management

Provide ongoing financial advice and monitor client portfolios to ensure alignment with goals and market conditions

Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, reviews, and adjustments to financial plans as needed

Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and financial products to provide clients with the most relevant information and options

Collaborate with other team members to enhance service offerings and improve overall client experience

Adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards in financial planning and advice

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

CFP® certification is required

Minimum of five years of experience in financial planning or advisory roles

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

Proficiency in financial planning software and HubSpot

Preferred

Relevant licenses (Series 65 preferred)
