Responsibilities
Answering calls and providing guidance and solutions for various technical issues
Familiarizing oneself with Cooper&Hunter and Olmo HVAC products, including error codes and general operation principles of mini split air conditioners
Assisting clients with warranty registration and orders for replacement parts and equipment
Organizing shipment of various orders, parts, accessories, etc
Maintaining records of Technical Support calls for internal database
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (Spanish)
Authorization to work within the U.S
Great communicator: comfortable with communicating over the phone, in person, and via email
English (written and spoken)
Professional attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service
Motivated and ready to learn about HVAC products
Great interpersonal communication skills
Goal-oriented and results-driven
