ECOMMERCE PLANNER - NEW GROWTH VERTICALS

Responsibilities
Work in partnership with key cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-driven insights that drive material business impact
Continually communicate with leadership, on all levels, to influence decision making
Coordinate and communicate with Logistics and Operations on initiatives that require partnership to deliver the goal
Strategically manage a timely release schedule of reporting and analysis to maximize relevancy of information to support company initiatives and annual goals
Partner with 84.51, our best-in-class consumer analytics arm, on understanding customer behavior and generating recommendations to maximize customer lifetime value
Be a key analytics partner in ad hoc business projects to improve business results and efficiency
Travel up to 25% to execute job duties

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree business or related field
3+ years merchandising, eCommerce, buying or finance experience
Highly attentive to details, Strong analytical, technical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Effective oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence tools (for example: Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R) preferred
Strong organization, oral/written communication, and multi-tasking skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively and with agility to partner with multiple teams
Preferred
Master's Degree business or related field
