Responsibilities

Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and minor projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

Coordinate with and manage external contractors (janitorial, landscaping, security) and suppliers. Assist with escorting visitors and vendors inside classified workspace

Respond to facility issues, manage work orders, conduct walkthroughs, and ensure smooth daily operations. Clean refrigerators bi-weekly, and maintain coffee machines and other pantry appliances

Help enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, including fire drills and emergency planning

Assist with tracking expenses, paying invoices, and managing facility-related inventory. Order and stock pantry supplies (beverages, paper products, etc.) and office supplies

Support office moves, furniture procurement, and efficient space utilization

Document inspections, track completed work, and provide status updates

Monitoring visitor logs, issuing access badges, and ensuring security protocols are followed

Plan, prepare, and support internal and customer meetings in consultation with CACI Senior Leadership and CACI Corporate Security

Process daily incoming/outgoing mail, packages to include distributing them to the correct recipients

Required

An active TS/SCI POLY clearance

Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 3+ years of related work experience

Knowledge of government facility policies and regulations

Experience with and understanding of security and safety requirements

Experience with facility maintenance coordination

Experience managing multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and comfort with other Microsoft tools

Preferred

Energetic, friendly, and highly organized with strong attention to detail

Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently while collaborating effectively with the team
