Responsibilities

Managing hardware and software in 24x7 processing environment to ensure peak performance at full capacity
Recognizing abnormal processing conditions and responding appropriately to resolve errors in a timely manner
Monitoring batch process runs ensuring completion within SLA
Ticket filing for service request and incidents
Initiate bridge calls to collaborate with application and infrastructure support during incidents

Qualification

Financial services knowledgeMainframe operating systemsLinux commandsProduction control toolsITIL certificationITSM Ticketing toolsWindows commands

Required

Knowledge of financial services industry and mainframe and/or open systems operating systems
Ability to use production control tools and resources to analyze and respond to all system processing errors
High school diploma or GED required - Associate's, bachelor's or the equivalent experience may be required at higher career levels
Knowledge on Linux and windows commands

Preferred

Certification or knowledge about ITIL standards
Experience in any ITSM Ticketing tool (Jira, Service Now, etc)
